I first aspired to become a Physiotherapist after I gained treatment for a snowboarding injury in 2009 in Morzine, France. Soon later I pursued my training.

Since 2015 I have gained experience in all areas of Physiotherapy with a focus on Neurology. After gaining additional training in Sports Massage in 2013, during my Physiotherapy studies I worked mobile freeing the people of Sheffield from pain & stiffness.

Currently studying for my MSc degree in 'Advancing Physiotherapy Practice' & taking 'Continuing Professional Development' courses to establish my skills & treatment base in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

REHAB... treatment and management for Musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries and rehabilitation

Since qualifying in 2012 in the NHS, I have gained a wealth of knowledge & skills working with a variety of conditions in all areas of Physiotherapy. I continue to work here alongside my KnN position treating & rehabilitating patients day to day.

At Sheffield United FC Academy & Brighouse Town FC I treat an array of sports injuries from muscular strains to long term injuries.

With experience and passion for rehabilitation your injury will be a thing of the past.

I have always had a fascination with the body and how it works, which led me to train as a massage therapist, qualifying in 2015.

I believe that massage is a wonderful way to get some “me time” in a busy world, and is fantastic for sorting out those everyday aches and pains.

I like to search for and ease those problem areas, helping you feel a little more like “you”.

My Sports Massage Therapy training was undertaken in 2017 after discovering the benefits, following years of reoccurring lower back pain. Sports Massage Therapy allows me to incorporate my love of anatomy & a passion for freeing those from aches & pains that are common in an increasingly busy world.

In conjunction with working at KnN I will be furthering my Diploma training within Sports Massage Therapy also undertaking a cadaver dissection course. This will allow me to gain a deeper understanding of the musculoskeletal systems, develop & enhance my massage skills and to ultimately provide the most effective assessment and treatment to relieve your aches & pains.
